Our Story

Founded in 2000, Mentor Technical Group, Corp. (MTG) began as a start-up minority company with just three partners: Luis David Soto, Felix Bernard and Julian Rodriguez. Despite its initial small size, MTG was committed in exceeding client’s expectations. MTG team initially worked in projects involving utilities, validation and maintenance services, then started hiring employees in 2001 and purchased a 1,800-square- foot building as the company base. MTG fulfilled its promise and developed a strong partnership and in 2006, the growing MTG moved into its current 25,000-square- foot facility.


Today, MTG is a Minority Certified organization that provides a complete portfolio of technical support and solutions to the regulated industry. As a global leader in life sciences engineering and technical solutions, MTG has the knowledge and experience to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device safety and efficacy guidelines. With offices in Caguas, Puerto Rico and Houston, Texas, we service life sciences clients around the globe.
